"Standard Delivery" is within the UK and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days of acceptance of order.
We offer rates for Express Delivery dependent upon the value of the order. We aim to dispatch "Express Delivery" items within 24 hours of order by next day courier or Royal Mail 1st Class.
International delivery
We can deliver worldwide and are happy to provide you with a quote for delivery charges based upon the weight of the item(s) purchased. If you live outside the UK and place your order before requesting a quote for the delivery charges, we will send you an additional invoice for the additional costs before we dispatch the goods.
Alternatively you can place the order using our standard international delivery rates.

Recycled Packaging
In order to minimise our impact on the environment we recycle packaging wherever possible. This means that the outer packing we use for your purchase may have been used before. We will always ensure, howewer, that your items are well wrapped and secure.
Delivery Schedules
We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally items for sale via out website may not be in stock. If this situation arises, we will notify you of this and your order will be sent to you as soon as the item has been received from the supplier. Should there be a delay on the part of the supplier we will notify you and agree an alternative delivery timescale. If this cannot be agreed we will offer you a refund.
The limit of our liabiltiy for any loss suffered as a result of our delay is only the original cost of the item(s) purchased. We cannot bear any responsibility for loss suffered as a result of delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers or any other third party.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery or cancel an order. You will be notified by email giving full details. An order may be cancelled as a result of one of the following:
• the product you ordered being unavailable
• a problem with your payment, for example a credit card declined
• a pricing or product description error
Returns
We are sure you will be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not pleased let us know as soon as possible by email at mail@giraffetoys.co.uk and in any event within 3 working days of receipt. We will do what we can to rectify the problem.
We do offer a returns refund policy and the item must be with the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received by you. You will need to pay the return postage charges and get proof of posting.
Please note that goods will leave our premises suffciently well packaged in good condition and undamaged. If the packaging arrives damaged please direct your enquiries to the postal service.
